Retro Pin-Up Illustrated Tee-Shirt Design for Windmill Guitars

What happens when you really want that new guitar in your local boutique guitar store, but can't quite stretch to the full amount? You cut a deal! Simon at Windmill Guitars, here in Bangor Northern Ireland, has been looking for an opportunity to work with me on a tee design for a while now. Now was the time! So now I have a lovely new guitar for the studio and Windmill Guitars has a kick ass tee-shirt design. Leaning on the pin-up style, I crafted an illustration adding popular landmarks from Bangor Marina, featuring the pier and swan themed pleasure boats from Pickie funpark. Our town of Bangor has recently been granted city status, so we've added that to the design along with a kick ass Fender Jazzmaster guitar for good measure! The main illustrated Roundel design will fill the back of the tee and I also created a plectrum themed identity for the front of the tee. What a fun passion project to round off the summer!
