Father’s Day Booklet Illustrations – Ernesto Goes to the Moon
Art Filed Under:The illustrations for this charming little book were commissioned by a private client as a Father's Day gift. It tells the story of Ernesto, a little elephant who could fly by propelling himself with his own farts. As he ate more marshmallows, beans, and cheese, he was able to travel greater and greater distances. His greatest dream was to travel all the way to the Moon—and luckily, it turned out the Moon was made of cheese. A bedtime story invented by a father surprised him in the form of an illustrated book. It was a truly fun project to illustrate!

Testimonials
Collaborating with Tomasz Pląskowski on my children’s book was a pleasurable and stress-free experience. His illustrations charmed me from the beginning. They captured both the story and its underlying feel. I could not have been happier with the results. I will gladly work with him again if I have a suitable project. Tom is such a pleasure to work with! Not only does he communicate effectively and efficiently with his clientele, but he also provides the most beautiful, whimsical pieces of art. I am a children's book author and his style is something my publishers LOVE! I plan on using Tom for all of my children's books that I write. Tomasz designed and illustrated a children’s book we created for our daughter. It was a huge hit in our family! Everyone loved it. It was easy to collaborate with him and brainstorm ideas. We loved his approach and we highly recommend his work!
