Mr. Monaco brings 20 years in the Advertising (Art Direction, Design, Illustration, web-dev, social media, etc.) and Intellectual Property Development industries, having had an I.P. company for years developing character & story-based I.P. for self-merchandising and licensing across multiple media & product channels.

During the day, Mr. Monaco serves as the Director of Creative, advising, illustrating and designing micro-game assets & themes for the gamification of loyalty rewards and promotions.

Leveraging a flexible schedule, on the side, he develops his own I.P./products with his contract work typically focused on passion areas: I.P./Brand Dev., Toys & Games, Stationery & Books, Apparel & Accessories, Novelty, CPG & Candy/Confectionery, etc. with the children's demographic first, the teen & adult fantasy/scifi second, and general advertising & editorial third.
